About the event
We welcome Lieutenant-Commander Calley Gray for an exclusive one on one interview to discuss her experience in the Canadian Royal Navy as a Marine Systems Engineer and her project through NATO. As a strong advocate for women in engineering, she championed institutional change within the naval engineering occupation by helping to remove barriers for women’s career progression. With over 18 years of experience, Lt Gray is a wonderful source of wisdom for anyone interested in a career in engineering.
